Delivery Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Getting flowers to the right door, on the right day, looking their best is the part of our job we care about most. This page explains where we deliver, when, how much it costs, and what happens if the recipient is not home.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within the State of Qatar.

We do not ship outside Qatar.

2. Same-day delivery

Same day delivery for orders before 11:00 PM.

On very busy days, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid and National Day, slots fill up fast. We recommend ordering early.

3. Scheduled delivery

You can choose a future delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver within the slot you pick. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed, because of traffic and building access.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the area and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay, as Article 55 of Decree-Law No. 16 of 2010 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions requires. All charges are in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Delivery is currently a flat rate of QAR 20.

5. Free pick-up

Prefer to collect? Free pick up from AL WAKRAH, MESAIEED ROAD. Choose pick-up at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.

  • Pick-up address: Zone 90, Al Wakrah, Street 313, Mesaieed Road, Building No. 251, Room No. 9.
  • Pick-up hours: during shop hours, 10 AM to 11 PM. Please call first so your order is ready.
  • Please bring your order number.
  • Please collect your order on the agreed day. Fresh flowers do not keep, so contact us if you need to change the time.

6. Giving us the right details

Most delivery problems come from a missing building number or a phone that nobody answers. Please give us:

  • The recipient’s full name.
  • A mobile number that will be answered on the day.
  • Zone, street and building number, plus flat or office number. A Google Maps pin or a landmark helps a lot.
  • Any access notes, such as compound gate, reception desk or the best time to arrive.

If you want the gift to be a surprise, tell us in the delivery notes. Our driver will still need to call the recipient to find the address, but will not say what is being delivered unless asked.

7. If the recipient is not available

Our driver will call the recipient on arrival. If there is no answer, we will try to reach you as well.

  • If you are not available, our driver will call you. With your agreement, the order can be left with someone at the address.
  • If a delivery does not succeed, we will contact you to arrange another time.

If we cannot deliver because the address or phone number was wrong or incomplete, or nobody was available, we will arrange a new delivery time with you. We will tell you about any extra charge before arranging it. Fresh flowers cannot be held for long, so we will try to redeliver the same day or the next day.

If a delivery fails because of our mistake, we will redeliver or refund you. See our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.

8. When we may need to change a delivery

Very occasionally, events outside our control can delay a delivery: severe weather, road closures, security restrictions or access rules in certain buildings or areas. We will contact you as soon as we know and offer a new time or a full refund.

Under Article 58 of Decree-Law No. 16 of 2010, if any delivery is delayed by more than 30 days without a different agreed period, you can end the contract and get your money back. For flowers we expect to be measured in hours, not weeks, but it is your right.

9. Checking your delivery

Please check the flowers when they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing or not as ordered, take a photo and tell us as soon as you can. We will put it right as explained in our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.

Once delivered, flowers last longest in clean water, out of direct sun and away from air conditioning vents.

10. Weddings and events

Delivery and set-up for weddings and events are agreed in your event quote, including timing, venue access and any set-up or collection charges. Call or message +974 7401 0051 to plan yours.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection and Decree-Law No. 16 of 2010 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.
