We want everything on theluxflo.com to be accurate and useful. This page explains the limits of what our website can promise, in plain terms.
1. Product photos and descriptions
Our photos show real arrangements made by our florists. Flowers are natural, though, and each one is different. The bouquet you receive may vary slightly in colour, size, bloom stage or wrapping from the photo, and seasonal flowers may be swapped for similar ones as explained in our Terms and Conditions.
Colours can also look different on different screens.
We describe our products honestly, as Article 7 of Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection requires. If something you receive is not as described, your rights are set out in our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.
2. Allergies and food information
Some flowers and plants carry pollen or can irritate the skin, and some are harmful to cats, dogs and other pets if eaten. Lilies are a well-known example for cats. If the recipient has allergies or pets, tell us before ordering and we will suggest a suitable choice.
Our chocolates and treats may contain or come into contact with nuts, milk, gluten, soy and other allergens. Please check the product description and packaging, or ask us before ordering.
3. Care tips and general information
Flower care tips, gift ideas and other articles on our site are general guidance from our team. They are not professional, medical or legal advice.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and may change. The price shown at checkout is the one you pay. Items shown on the website may sell out, especially on busy days.
5. Translations
Our website can be shown in other languages through an automatic translation tool (GTranslate). Machine translations can contain mistakes. If a translated page differs from the English version, the English version applies, unless we have published our own Arabic version of that page.
6. Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites, such as our payment gateways (MyFatoorah and Sadad), WhatsApp or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Website availability
We work to keep the website running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. If the site is down, you can still order by WhatsApp on +974 6688 9965 or by phone on +974 4466 9255.
8. Your rights are not affected
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Qatari law, including Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection. Article 24 of that law makes any term that tries to remove a seller’s legal duties to consumers void.
9. Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
